Posted By TechnologyExpert 5 months, 3 weeks ago in Political NewsGQ, more than just a magazine that has seemingly ready access to Jennifer Aniston for cover shoots, has an article on Donald Rumsfeld’s tenure as Defense Secretary, which includes what GQ says are "never-before-seen" cover sheets from top-secret intelligence briefings produced by the Pentagon, all featuring Biblical quotes over military images.

People like Rumsfeld, Cheney , and all the other neocons and especially Jewcons (who are some of the big shots of neocons)don't give a rat's tail about religion or God but they sure are smart enough to use religion to get what they want.

Bush was an alcoholic till age of 40 , pretty much most of his adult life till he became president and then he went on 12 step program.
These 12 steppers , sometimes can go little heavy on Bible and that is for a good reason. The way they detach themsleves from the BOTTLE is , they think , through Bible and if you some how take away the Bible from them, that is going to immediately bring back lot of bad memories of BOTTLE, THE BIG HOUSE, (JAIL) and ....
and if you want to play them , I mean play the ones who have gone heavy on Bible, just tell them how great Bible is and how it saves lives and how it is supposed to save humanity from evil and bla bla....
so Rummy and Dick and the rest of the gang knew how to play Bush, they wraped themselves in Bible when talking to Bush..
and Bush was dumb enough to fall for that. In the book Plan of Attack, Bob Woodward who spent a great deal of time with Bush, says that his impression of Bush was that Bush thought he was on a divine mission by invading Iraq and now comes this thing about Rummy....
Jesus (PBUH)would hang his head in shame if he saw his good name was being used to invade other countries, murder its people and steal their oil...all in his name? ,,,what a shame...these people are crucifying Jesus every time they drag his good name in the mud like this to achieve their evil goals. -

Rummy is a card carrying member of the federalist society, a group of wacky lawyers who tried to rewrite law and reinterpret the Constitution. And they 'almost' got away with it. AND they have tight connections to the religions wrong. Matter of fact, rummy is teaching at the fundie university, Regent's. A third rate college which cranks out third rate lawyers with a world view of 'christian' dominance.

As reported on the news, these memos were passed out to his closed group of radical nuts and were not suppose to be viewed by the general public. As noted under the picture, "NO DISTRIBUTION-SPECIAL HANDLING". There are many more that have been released that are just as disturbing.

Rummy, with the help of a pentagon official who came up with this gem, used this religious flavored briefing to ingratiate himself with Bush. Rummy used religion to manipulate Bush. He knew the buttons to push to get his approval. He was a consummate toady.

This is no surprise, considering Bush claimed God told him to invade Iraq:
