I think the Right might succeed in ousting Nancy Pelosi.

If they do, it will validate what I've been saying ... that Mainstream Media is completely dominated by The Right.

This morning's news had Newt Gingrich on GMA ... AGAIN* ... reaming out Nancy for saying that the CIA lies to Congress.

Of course, the irony here is this ... the CIA DOES lie to Congress.

So, watching Newt and my fellow Modern Republicans puff themselves up now and claim "The CIA protects us from harm ... they would NEVER lie to us!"

There are plenty of instances in which the CIA was manipulated by those in power for the purpose of furthering some political goal or Ideological vision.

(*Since Newt announced his exploratory committee to campaign for President in 2012, Mainstream Media has been standing him up in front of the cameras every week ... appearing numerous times on NBC, ÅBC, and CBS. It's pretty clear that Mainstream Media is behind this guy.)

I think the Right might succeed in ousting Nancy Pelosi.

At this point in time, I think Nancy Pelosi is safe. The only real threat to the Speaker was the response from CIA Director Leon Panetta, which was clearly authorized by the Cheif of Staff in the White House.

A brilliant move on the part of the administration, our President was using the opportunity to send a shot across the bow of the Speaker and The House; get in line and pass my legislation.

It has not been reported very well, but Pelosi and Reid haven't been extremely agreeable with the administration. The Speaker, now, is deep in this mess; she is looking for cover. Unfortunately, she's been a little pushy to her Democratic associates and they are letting her feet burn a bit.

I would be surprised, at this point, if she goes down. However, if she continues to do press conferences or there are more CIA leaks, it will be her undoing.

I do not think this means the Media is left, right, or center. Simply put, they are being fed a story. Look at who is feeding them. CIA leaks are hammering at Nancy. She herself held a press conference that went extremely bad. Dick Cheney, who will ALWAYS get airtime (because people love to hate him) has been pushing the issue. And finally, members of Congress have been refuting her perception of events.

If you look at the people refuting her, you will see Dick Cheney...but then you will also see mostly Democrats. All I am saying is that Obama is putting her in her place.

--I love it. He's "our President" when he's doing something to protect Bush and Cheney or otherwise serving your interests. ;-P
