For decades, hundreds of people worldwide have been plagued by an elusive buzzing noise known as " the Hum" . Some have blamed gas pipes or power lines, others think their ears are faulty. A few even think sinister forces could be at work.

    I don't know how kate is fixed for money.
    But I would think about selling the house and moveing. She only hears it at her home.
    I think her kids will understand. After all they are all grown up.

      I'll be darned. I had the 'hum' in my home in WA. Only in one room, which is where I slept. I figured it was an electrical thing, so just turned on a CD every night & it drowned out the noise.

              I am in the public library at this very mement and hear it...thanks for this subject...this hum leads to many other things...including an induced psychosis that has killed many yopung children...what we are doing here is proving to be very responcible. Thank-you.
