Good riddance! Regardless of what the perp may have done, beating and kicking an unconscious man who offers no resistance is a act not to be tolerated by the men entrusted to serve and protect.

How could in ever enter a police officer's mind that they could savagely beat a man who is unconscious after being thrown from a moving vehicle... After the perp (whatever his crime) was thrown from a moving vehicle that rolled several times and lay unconscious on the ground they should have been providing medical assistance. Remind me to avoid AL - the police there are a plague on its population.
