Posted By IsraGeek 7 months, 2 weeks ago in Science & TechnologyKevin Rose and Jay Adelson announced during Digg's Townhall that the shout feature on Digg will be replaced by a more real-time one later this week. The change will make it easier for users to share stories on Twitter and Facebook.

I dont use twitter facebook or dig, I'd rather do it on my own, besides my grandkid are on twitter and facebook. i'am better off doing it without the help of facebook or twitter,now I dont know that much about dig so I cant say anything about it. good article.

Nice to see Muhammad Saleem consulted here, he has been a valuable asset to Propeller over the years as well. I'm not sure that moving sharing from the Digg platform onto Facebook and Twitter is the answer to less spam activities... seems to me that it just moves the playing field.

On Propeller you may have noticed our recent Facebook Connect launch which allows for sharing to Facebook. We believe it to be an additional sharing mechanism, not a replacement for sharing stories via our message system.
