Another week of the chattering class posted by mediamatters.org on YouTube and presented for your consumption here by yours truly...

Katrina vanden Heuvel was absolutely right about the Cheney's "coordinated campaign to distract attention from the true architects of a torture campaign campaign which has made this country less secure." And yes, she and Liz Cheney do live on different planets. ...I'm on Earth with Katrina....

Remember when Dennis Miller used to be funny? (Ya know....in the '90s....BEFORE he went to the dark side?)

Rush keeps bloviating... He may need OxyContin withdrawel....

I watched Obama's speech on CSPAN and I though it was quite moving. Measured tones...fair-minded words. Apparently FOX News forgot that....

Glenn Beck looked like a deer in headlights when Whoopi Goldberg called him out in a lie.... too bad media matters didn't include his pathetic demand for an apology from the ladies of the view later that day on FOX News....

Yep, Michael Savage is definitely on the nutball planet! Maybe he's still p***ed that MSNBC fired him a few years ago for telling a gay caller, "I hope you die of AIDS!" ....Ya think????

Again as a Brit it astonishes me how the GOP, keep calling Obama "a socialist",then rapidly linking that to Stalin and Hitler. These were not socialists, but military dictators, but the US right don't care about accuracy.Have they not heard of European socialism or social democracy. The GOP are making themselves sound like sour faced fools,(very easy for them to do I hear you think).Just for the record,I think of Obama as a social democrat,
Whoopie Goldberg sounded fun,I would like to here more, can you tell me what program that clip come from?
Well thanks for the share,it's made a sunny day, feel even more like summer.Have an excellent weekend MU :-)

Now this week this conservative talk show host who tried being waterboarded is calling it torture. Certainly, it is torture. I think that as his post prosecution punishment, Cheney should get the treatment about 150 times. Then we could see if it is torture or not. If Cheney can survive the punishment, andsays it isn't torture, then we could say it isn't torture. But until Cheney tells us we can't believe what he says. You have to drive the car if you want to say the car is a good ride.
