At this time of year prices of oil and gas move on their own merits. Gas is more dependent on refining capacity at this time than crude trends. Happens just about every year. They should start moving in tandem within next 2-3 weeks.

Up at least 30-40 cents a gallon for the last month. I noticed all of the old excuses to justify oil going up came out of the woodwork these last couple of weeks. Total B.S.

Where are all the morons that blamed this kind of thing on President Bush when prices were raised on his watch? You know, that he raised the prices for his buddies....why aren't they on here blaming Nobama? Can't speak badly of their Messiah, I guess. Hypocrits......

Wow Obama wants to increase gas prices to help the American citizen.I am so glad we have so been informed. Now when mom,or dad stop for gas, the children ask are we going stop and buy food now,I'm sorry children there will be no dinner tonight. The president believes if gas prices are high enough we can have green building, green streets, and if gas cost keeps us from eating dinner we might be willing except a free lunch at school.Every step we can take toward socialism is another brownie point for our comrade leader
