My Fellow Americans: Our soldiers better watch who they are infecting with H0N0 or Swill Flu. They could very easily get accused of Torture. Let's face it if our reporters see a lot of sneezing, coughing, and puking. They could be in very big trouble. That has to be considered torture. We can shoot them, blow them up,(imortalizing them), or run them over with a tank but let's not get nasty by giving them the flu. No weapons of mass destruction, Please.
