Having the bomb is one thing. Having the ability to deliver it is another. The countries that probably should most be concerned are South Korea and Japan.

Besides those that officially have nuclear capability, there may be about 20 countries that can get there quickly if so motivated. Of course hindsight has 20/20 vision. But one wonders how we ever thought that nuclear technology could be kept to ourselves.-

A significant irony is that we are the only country to use such a device in anger. Not a reflection upon the morality of that particular decision, but a comment about the irony concerning those that conjecture about others using it.
