This continues a the story of a nation gone crazy!They can't feed their population,but can find a fortune to create nukes and now,even more missiles.In all truth,they are very unlikely to use either.In their garbled minds,this is a way of bringing the west to the negotiating table,in order for them to gain aid.They would need less aid,if in the first place, they used the fortune spent on nukes and missiles,on feeding their people.
I have nothing but the greatest sympathy for the ordinary people of North Korea.My feelings for their leaders is contempt.Their system isn't Marxism,but a military dictatorship,with a personality cult at it's center.It's the politics of the "asylum"

  It is a tragedy that the government will let its people starve to build weapons. The government is unlikely to use the weapons against anyone but that is not why this is so dangerous. N. Korea is assisting other nations in obtaining nukes as well. They believe in prolifieration and want to assit other in obtaining it. This could place nukes in the hands of very dangerous groups that are willing to use them in attacks against the US and several other countries.
