how can she NOT judge from the standpoint of a hispanic woman?

like scalia doesn't judge from a perpective of an uptight man?

its called "human nature"

what she said was neither sexist nor racist, and merely pointed out that her life experience may bring her to a different, unique (and yes, sometimes better) conclusion than say, a white male who was raised in privilige.

if the SCOTUS is there to interpret and apply the law, the more unique perspectives, the better.

deal with it.
