That was awesome! I reminds me a little of when I was a manager for RadioShack. My dot matrix point-of-sale(POS) printer had been eating tickets and acting up for several days. After a couple of troubleshooting phone calls, cleaning, spraying, re-booting, etc., I became fed up and asked them to send me a replacement printer. The stores all pay a monthly service feefor the POS equipment, so it shouldn't have been a big deal. I was told that because the printer was not actually broken, they had to try to help me resurrect it. I asked the rep to please hold, and with 2 or 3 customers in the store watching, I lifted the printer up over my head, and dropped it. I picked up the phone and told the rep that my printer had just inexplicably broken, and that pieces flew out everywhere, and would they please send me another. It took about a day for a replacement to arrive.
