    Sort of like the argument that closing GITMO would lead to terrorist being set free in your neighborhoods. Classic example of the "straw man argument."

      more specifically "Some people say that we should take hardened terrorists and release them into our malls and schools. I, however, think this is dangerous." a little bit of logic and a little bit of rhetoric can be a dangerous thing. it's too bad we don't require Logic and Rhetoric 101 in high school.
