Change we can all trust? Hardly! President Obama made a number of promises, and instead has so far treated gays and lesbians no better than President Clinton who threw us under the bus by passing DADT and DOMA. Neither political party cares much for gays and lesbians, but that does not mean we should retreat politically. We need to become more vocal and remind Barack of his promise to end these discriminatory policies. Perhaps Robert Gibbs could spend more time on the treadmill, and less time backpedaling at press conferences.
