I propped the story because it deserves to be read and it's up to the reader to determine the merits of the story. I would guess that the car dealerships are being closed because of a lack of sales, but one does wonder when in this area a dealer is being closed and it meets all criteria to stay open. High volume and good service and you still might be closed. I wonder why, rather than speculate on the politics of the owner, should we wonder what the reason is?? Politics being given as a reason may sound sinister but the real real reason may be even more interesting. I'd suggest if a dealer is closing in YOUR area, find out why, you might be shocked.
