    Power users already have off-digg network, so if that is Digg's intention, they missed the point. If they just wanted to lessen the power of the less power users... then they succeeded.

        I suspect Digg will tweak things a bit, but I doubt they will return to full shouting. I have no idea whether technically they has to remove the one-to-one shouts with the mass shouts. Propeller provides a good example if they wish to look...although I suppose they probably did.
