That's why Canadian doctors maintain a US address for their families and the sales tax alone approaches 13%.

  What does that mean? The Canadian doctors' families live in the U.S.? The Canadian sales tax is 13%? I know of American states whose sales tax is almost that high. At one time Louisiana's sales tax was 14%.

  That is a pretty far out blanket statement. Do you have the proof that supports all Canadian Doctors have a US address or even maybe the proof that one or 2 have these addresses. Think before making foolish statements like this.
