    Jessica, I found out that laughter can help alot. You may not have at home what it takes to laugh but there are other things. Like I can be setting here and just think of something that indo6 and uncle dave or someone else said on the computer and I well bust out laughing and it really makes me feel better,and I know all I needed was a good laugh like something phycho said yesterday and it caused me to laugh so many times.
    Laughter is good medican and so are your article. they help me alot. good article.
