    The problem with celibacy is that it's not natural. I wonder what percentage of priests really remain celibate for their entire lives. If she had been a young boy he wouldn't have been fired. He would have been transferred to a youth center in another state.

      It appears that he simply came to his senses. I am sorry to the offense my comments cause to adherents but Catholicism is just plain nuts! Celibacy is flat out unhealthy and likely rarely practiced in any true form.

      He isn't exactly home free with the Episcopalians. I have seen a church in that sect ripped apart by the marriage of the priest to a younger women and that was here in the States. I often hear Episcopalian belief characterized as "Catholic Lite".

      This guy hardly fits the mold of a typical priest (and he clearly likes the fairer sex). More like a celebrity priest. He must be loving the attention.
