Municipio ubicado en el norte de la ciudad de Medellín. Se destaca por tener bellos paisajes montañosos. La amabilidad de sus habitantes lo hacen un sitio de descanso y agradable al cual deseara volver.

Dentro de sus centros turísticos, se destaca el famoso Monumento Nacional a Don Marco Fidel Suárez o mas conocida como la Choza de Marco Fidel Suárez , sitio donde este nació y quien fue años atrás Presidente de La Republica de Colombia
