    Freedom's march continues. It occurred to me the other day that states that don't permit gay marriage should exempt them from paying income taxes since they are not allow full rights as citizens.

      Ah yes, but you see that would mean they were playing by the rules. The ones who wish to deny us our rights do not wish to play by any rules but the ones they themselves make up. And when they get caught in their own rulebook they either change the rules further or destroy the credibility of the person who broke said rules

        You are correct and in all seriousness I don't think this would be a good idea. I was making a moral point and using this proposal for the sake of emphasis. The idea here is that gays are asked to make the same sacrifices as the rest of us and should not be treated as second class citizens.

          I know what you were proposing lol, problem is moral points are lost on 'them' and for those of us who understand them, we're already on the right side of history (or should it be the left in this case?) We need to couch it in terms they can understand
