I hear a lot about a "culture of life" - I think it is

by far more important to talk about the QUALITY of life.
There are millions of people on this planet for whom every
day is Hell on Earth, and some of them are very small and
helpless.
Push sex-ed and contraceptives and finally bring this
ridiculous obsession with other peoples' pregnancies to
an end. If governments and concerned citizens would focus
on the misery of those here RIGHT NOW - they could vastly
improve their conditions............AND PUNISH those who
make a considerable profit from their misery.
WHY isn't there an update on this situation every single night
on the news, instead of a Special Report once a year?
Because sadly, it's ugly and brings us down, plus it might
impact some corporate concerns, so we avoid the discussion
and it remains a silent shame.
Like a lobster in the pot - if we could hear it's scream
would it soften our hearts to its plight? If we could see
and hear these children - would we care? Maybe - but I do
not see that happening anytime soon. -
