I'll let you know.. i'm due for a check up soon.. mine wouldn't be considered high but for the fact i have diabetes..

i like exercise that does both aerobic and strength at the same time... i do walk.. but like to kill 2 birds with one stone..

i've said before .. i have a TRX which i walk to a park and put on a tree... or I drive to the park take my TRX and kettlebells ... but a friend gave me a 10 lb medicine ball.. the park has a handball court and practice tennis "wall" .. talk about almost total exhaustion in about 6-8 minutes.. then over to the TRX.. some kettlebell work then back to the medicine ball.. in 30 minutes i'm cooked.. i worked so hard last night ... i puked.. what a great workout..
