Funny article, the US has some of the lowest taxes in the world. The fact that millionaires would hide their earnings to avoid paying taxes reflects poorly on the millionaires, not the government which is tasked to provide for it's citizens.

Lower taxes than other countries is no excuse to raise them. The governments' purpose should be to defend its' citizens, enforce logical laws that promote peace and safety within its' borders and stay out of the way. It is not to tax some for the benefit of others.
