If the funds are intended to stimulate our economy I see no reason why American companies shouldn't be given preference in purchases whether it be for materials or services. I would go as far as to say regular budget funds should also be allowed to be spent with American companies first. We owe this much to opur workers and our businessmen.

Agree fully...it's American taxpayer money being spent to stimulate American workers who can pay taxes and pay the money back to us...so why would other countries think they are entitled to a part of our stimulus money? It don't make sense...

N.D. who won 231 million on the lottery?
The projection of his after-tax winnings is 88 million dollars!!!
This means our government took $143 million, a tax rate of well over the going rate of approximately 35%...
I'm not against him winning all that money, but the government getting more than 60% of his winnings is deplorable and embarrassing to me as a taxpayer that they can get away with it...it's late and my math I believe is wrong, and I think it's much higher than 60%...but you get the idea...
