While I feel for the family of the victims.....I don't think it's right that the government is able to force people to sell. If you truly love where you live and raised your kids there's no price high enough if you don't want to give it up.

In the article it said that the government had already aquired 950 acres and to me it seems they are looking for about another 500 acres, now for those of you who what to know just how big a chunk of property that is, it is about 1 1/2 miles square. When I read that the first thing that jumped into my mind was the site where the twin towers stood and also the site of the Oklahoma city bombing, at both of these sites there was a great loss of life and also many heroic deeds carried out by individuals and yet the memorials at both of these site are modest compared to what is planned for this site.
With all due respect to those involved in this memorial and park I feel that you are being unreasonable in your plans.
