I think some studies have shown a correlation between high cholesterol and hypertension. Fish oil capsules help to decrease cholesterol levels. Exercise is a great way to lower hypertension and increase one's good cholesterol level HDL.

That's good, Newperson. Just make sure you are eating the *right* kinds of fish. Some fish, such as catfish and tilapia, have the opposite effect of salmon and sardines.

Oh, and also make sure you eat the right kind of salmon. You should eat the wild salmon, not farmed (Atlantic) salmon.

On a trip to Seward, Alaska ten years ago I went to close the drapes in the back of the hotel room and saw splashing coming from the river. I walked across the street and looked in and their were millions of salmon coming from the Bay swimming into the interior. I had never seen som many fish in my life. There wasn't any room between them. All was needed was a net. I have loved salmon ever since.
