Cops hate video cameras. Can you imagine what the police would say if the video did not exist?
Actually I'd like to see the police report if it was made before they knew the truth was on the video.

Damn, cop is going to have a hard time explaining this one. I saw another one a few weeks ago where the guy surendered and layed face down spread eagle and the cop kicked him in the face. On the other hand I watch shows like Jail and they sheriffs always have a camcorder to show that policy is being followed. Nothing to fear from video unless you are in the wrong.

Sick bastards. I guess these cops decided they just wanted to beat the crap out of somebody. This kind of stuff really gives cops a bad name and is an eye opener for people who think all cops are lawful.

In one place I used to live, the Cops where always 'harassing' the homeless and often resorted to violence to 'move them along'. In one case, a homeless man, a white male approx 40 yrs old, was beaten to the point that he died of his wounds in the park with no call being placed to 911. Yet, since no one there during the incident 'saw anything', no one, cops or otherwise, were charged.

I know Cops are under a lot of stress and pressure but damn........

Most of them don't want to find another line of work because they are on a power trip. Unfortunately the good ones have to put up with the backlash that comes after something like this happens. I hope these cops get more than a slap on the wrist for this.
