Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg temporarily delayed the sale and said in an order Monday that the sale is "stayed pending further order."

Where as I am happy the judge is stepping in to revue the Chrysler deal, I have no illusions that she,and her friends on the court will uphold the constitutional rights of the bond holders.I know she is compelled by the law to do so,but she then has to cross swords with,"THE ONE WHO WON."Ain't gonna happen.
