Ah...so we only waterboard people who aren't citizens of the US, and not on sacred US soil...

Narrowing your scope quite a bit now, aren't we...how kind and humane of you...

So you are for giving all non U.S. citizens the rights of U.S. citizens?

of course non US citizens don't have all the rights of US citizens. however, we are bound under the Convention Against Torture (which was signed into law by Saint Ronnie of Reagan) and the Geneva Conventions to not abuse our own citizens or foreigners

Not at all...but if we're going to torture people, terrorists of other countries, shouldn't we also torture terrorists in our own country?

Seems rather unfair, doesn't it?...treating our terrorists better than we treat other terrorists...

Actually, under our criminal laws they do have the same rights. Think illegal aliens get tried under the same criteria when on trial for a crime? You bet they do. Don't believe it? Go to any court.
Do they have the right to vote? Uh no, that ostensibly is reserved for citizens.
