        I think the real issue is that the government is inefficient and wasteful in all things. Just as that includes social programs, it includes all programs, especially the military and its infrastructure.
        
        All of government should be re-invented.

        Then give the health care plan over to an audited non profit. Whatever we do, we can no longer choose doing nothing as an option. Unless of course you'd like your health care insurance to go up another 20% with your for profit insurer?

        This assumes someone has health insurance in the first place which is increasingly not the case. Republicans are trying to convince people who have no doctor that they may finally get to see one but they may have to wait. If someone is starving and you say you can have a meal but you have to wait 3 hours that may suck but they will wait because it is better than the republican plan where they say go to bed hungry and tell you that is a good thing because at home they have more than enough to eat and you should take pride that in America we are the fattest gluttons on the planet.
