There is nothing like a good cup of coffee especially at home! I am out and need to go the the local roaster here in Carlsbad Ca to get me some nice Medium-Dark Roast Sumatra. My mouth is watering as I type!

to have good coffee at home you have to buy the proper blend and roast that you like. then you have to have it ground at about 2.5 grind. then you press it through with a good press. (i use aeropress but there are other good ones) drip does not make it. i like ethopian moka and java estates in a medium roast. i don't like dark roast. to each his own. then dermera sugar and heavy cream to top it off. Perless is my brand. Wayne
