Passion fruit resembles the pomegranate. The fruit grows on a climbing vine and it's leaves are a deep green glossy color. The flowers are white petals with purple at the base. These flowers are very fragrant. It is grown in a warm environment with sun and shade. The fruit is a native to Brazil. They are grown in Hawaii, Florida, California and is sold at the market all year.
