I would say this guy is a terrorist,if only because of the message, killing someone in such a place conveys.A holocaust memorial museum,is built to say "never should mindless murder take place,never should anyone be targeted for their ethnicity or religion".This guy put up 2 fingers to that concept.He is probably insane as well.
