I have to say this, blue dog democrats or no blue dog democrats, it is time to begin cutting the fat out of the military budget. Hey, the conservatives themselves say that throwing money at something doesn't necessarily improve it -- oh wait, they were talking about education.

They're bending over backwards over at the NYT to blame the increasing deficits on Bush but anything from FY 2010 forward is all Obama and the Congress who drafts and votes for the budgets.
Nice try though.
