  What I would LIKE to be convinced of jim is that there is someone out there in a "leadership" role who can a) bring together people of goodwill and good faith, b) start addressing the underlying problems in the world instead of only focussing on oppositional politics and then of course there's a c and a d and an e..
  Maybe I'll get to those in a little while.

    Gama, I would like to be convinced that there are a) people of good will and good faith that are in any way remotely connected with Al Qaeda, and b) that Al Qaeda is anything other than an Anti-Modernity Viral Scourge upon mankind.
