Right-wing extremists don't like anything science...well, anything science-related that might prove their religion to be a myth. When it comes to using their cell phone to call home, their computer to surf the Net, their GPS to give them directions, their microwave to cook their TV dinner faster, or medical technology to save their lives, then it's OK.

Interesting find. I am curious to what the area looked like 12 Million years ago. If you look at a map, Spain and Africa are almost touching. Was there a land bridge back then making the line between Africa and Europe a bit more fuzzy?
