Lemon and lime are used primarily to make the dressing taste or other fruit or food and culinary preparations. Should choose those examples that seem heavy for their size, with the skin smooth, firm, glossy and deep green color. Small brown spots that may present in the peel, although they are quite attractive, do not affect the flavor. Should be discarded or dry soft parts.
