Zimbabwe is a desperate case Slate and nobody is helping there in any substantial manner. I listened to a long segment on BBC Radio last night - from a reporter who was in the country illegally - the BBC has been banned there for a long time.
There was a long section on schools - many of which are cloosed or completely destroyed and even more horrific a section on young girls being forced to sell their bodies to survive. I mean that literally - many of the children on the programme were on the verge of starving to death.
    A real horror show.

Well as long as all the other countries are pitching in, they are aren't they?
