I hate smoking,smoked for many years,but the senate is so rotten and hypocrital.They don't want people to quit smoking if they thought for a minute that smoking would decrease even a tad they wouldn't be messing with it.Smoking children are the new tobaco tax payers.Remember the billions of dollars they sued for,an got?.Well guess what less than five percent went to smoking related programs.Ever wonder why it's still legal.Can you say money honey.Can't have slush funds without it
