    Thanks for sharing S.C, I don't get much sleep and when i do sleep someone comes or call and wakes me up.
    I well be 58 the 14th of this month and I guess you cold say Iam a little past the middle age.I am a women so it affects them faster then the males. but I do have high blood presure its not very high at all and I take tenorman for it. thanks for the info I just dont know how I can relly get the sleep I need. good article.
