Now lets take a look at reality. Anyone, legal or illegal, can walk into any hospital emergency room and the hospital must provide them treatment. It's the law. Millions of people do, every year, costing millions of dollars that must be paid by the people who don't even use their medical coverage.

Pure mythology. Hospitals are required to stabilize conditions which are immediately life-threatening, that's all. They are not required to treat. Go to the hospital with cancer and see if they will give you chemo. They won't, unless you have a payment source.
