That is my biggest problem. A joke about the promiscuity of a public figure like A-Rod or Spitzer that was clearly meant to be funny suddenly became the rape of their 14 year old daughter. Honestly, I don't know how anyone can listen to her lie like that.

And if she didn't want her kids being part of her persona, then why did she make them part of her persona? She is the one who talked about being a hockey mom, who used her pregnant daughter and her boyfriend as props. We didn't ask to know them. She put them in front of us.-

Absolutely right, she should have left her kids at home, instead of dragging them around the country bragging about her unwed pregnant daughter, and expecting a different outcome than she got. She put them out there, she has only herself to blame.

persona of using her kids? have you stood in a grocery store checkout line? i see more pictures of Michele and the kids than i have of ANY of the previous presidents kids. and that's without opening those ridiculous tabloids.

Yall also forget that when her pregnant daughetr was first brought into the political sceme we on the right said that yall should leave her alone. It was you liberals and your netwroks that brought her family into the mix in an attempt to discredit the woman.
And it became a joke about rape the second it was about a 14 year old being knocked up by a man in his 30s.-

I'm no Palin-lover and I think this is a storm in a teacup and that she's getting mileage out of it when its already way past its sell-by-date.

The comparison with the Obama daughters is also totally in-valid.
First they are MUCH younger, secondly they are very much kept under wraps whereas the Palin daughter's pregnancy and ancillary aspects of that saga were consciously and deliberately played out right in the public realm with the total connivance of Ms Palin.-

The shade45 station on SiriusXm made a huge deal out of Sasha Obamas birthday last week. All freaking week. So to say that Obamas kids are kept under wraps in ignorant. Also, only two of Palins kids were ever in the spotlight. The one the left would have praised if she had only chosen abortion over life. And the one that the left wanted Palin to abort.
