Good luck to Sebelius. But the only way to cut medical costs is to get rid of the lawyers and insurance companies. They suck the blood out of the system. Out medical dollars should go to doctors and nurses instead of millionare lawyers and Insurance executives.

Momentum might be on Obama's side. Aaron Carroll, an Indiana University medical professor who has surveyed doctors' views on U.S. health care delivery, said 59 percent "favor government legislation to establish national health insurance," an increase over a previous poll's finding.

Sorry but this 59% supporters were uneducated about everything. They voted for Obama not knowing who Nancy PELOSI was AND WHO WAS IN CONTROL OF CONGRESS IN 2006, democrats or republicans according to Zogby Polls during the exit polling. The republicans voters were much more educated and knowledgeable. Now the democrats are sorry but the republicans are also suffering from the ignorant democratic voters because of Obama's massive failure both economically and militarily.

Justice4All.You have a point with lawyers,but I disagree on insurance.The plan you buy for say for ten thousand a year,is a drop in the bucket toward a hospital bill.Now if you put the ten thousand in a cookie jar you would need to stay out of the hospital for ten years,or so to be able to spend ten days in the hospital,with any kind of surgery.My wife died in the hospital in January,after fifteen days at Baylor.The bill was two hundred,seventy seven dollars.Try to amass that kind money in a bank,or a cookie jar.I'm willing to look at a different way,except socialize medicine.I'd much rather die at home than to go to a hospital in America,and be turned away because of my age.I have a problem with rejection.

Medicare and Medicare Advantage have given us the test of single payer vs. pseudo-"competitive" multiple insurers. The Advantage program continues to need subsidies for the "private" program to function. The Republicans insisted on this "test" and it has failed. Let's get on with a real solution.

How would Sebelius know that the healthcare reform plan would cut cost. Sebelius didn't even know how to do her income tax or intentionally tried to not knowing, that is why Sebelius is part of the democratic tax cheaters like Geithner,Rangel,Dashcle. The democratic lying weasels include the pathological liar Obama,Dodd,homo Franks,Reid ,Pelosi and the American military traitors include Pelosi,Obama,Reid,Murtha
