Maybe they will at a less volitile date in the future, allow a demonstration...Iran. No one will ever say I ran Iran...not from any p[lace in the United States...especially outside it's borders.

There was no permit issued for a rally for today, monday, but demonstrators went ahead with their rally anyway. It is recorded to be more than a million people rally. It was mostly peaceful. At one incident when demonstrators had tried to break intoa Baseej paramilitary base, one demonstrator was killied and some were injured.

From what I read this demonstration was very successful and peaceful and those who tried to chant "death to Islamic Republic" were silenced by other demonstrators. There is always some shills who will try to creat chaos and violence and blame it on demonstrators. Yesterday's rally turned violent and it turns out those who began burning shops and busses were members of local paramilitary Baseej. One of the shop keepers had arrested one of the people who was trying toburn his shop and had recognized him as one of the Baseej members.
Today's demonstration was very peacful giventhe fact that more than a million participated in it.
At night time there has been chants of "Allaho AKbar" God is great from the rooftops of Tehran and soe other cities. These people have said they will continue this night time chants oer the rooftops till the issue is resolved fairly. -
