Why would these guys want to kill Carter? It's a good thing that it didn't happen if the claim is true.

I think the possibility of extremists on both sides of the Israeli/Palestine issue may want to throw some sand in the works. Resolving the issue removes their importance and power.
I may be the conspiracy nutjob part of me, but I see no business rationale to solve such problems. Would Symantic want worms/viruses/trojans to go away or be eliminated? Heck, I could see the possibility that they actually clandestinely create the things. Does the Cancer Society actually want cancer cured?
I tend to look for motive in such things. Considering the quest for greed and power that is prevalent today, I see no rationale as to why all organizations are not infected.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 3) (recursion depth : 2) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

It is pretty obvious that I am not specifically talking about any one event.
Israel does not hold the honesty record either. In fact, I am not sure that any country is honest when they perceive it may hurt their interests. That probably means that no country is honest, and that goes back to my statement about power and greed driving these decisions.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 5) (recursion depth : 4) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

No, it's not that obvious. Every single time a PALESTINIAN terrorist act is reported you're telling us about "extremists on BOTH sides". On the other hand, if Israel can somehow be blamed you're complaining about ISRAELI actions.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 6) (recursion depth : 5) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

Is that every single time? Your comment states I do it in every instance. You will not be able to substantiate your accusation.
My comment above states that I believe the possibility exists that elements on both sides do not want the situation to be resolved. There are obvious elements of Hamas and others that have time and time again throw a wrench into the works. There are also examples of Israeli extremists that have done the same thing. Are you disputing that?(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 9) (recursion depth : 8) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

UInfortunately, I do not have the full database of all your comments here and in other places available so I can not PROVE that you've said something about "extremists on BOTH sides" EVERY SINGLE TIME. You, however, can easily prove me wrong by showing examples to the contrary where you've responded by something different from "extremists on BOTH sides" to an act of terrorism committed by Palestinians.
In addition, please consider that your previous request to show EXAMPLES of your responses was more reasonable and that an example was provided as requested.
> There are also examples of Israeli extremists that have done the same thing. Are you disputing that?
I would like to see some examples of Israeli extremists that have done the same thing (namely, planting bombs at schools, buses, hotels and shopping malls, sending suicide bombers to crowded places, loading explosives into the fake belly of a supposedly pregnant woman, kidnapping and subsequent murder of people, etc.) Such examples would greatly support your beliefs.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 10) (recursion depth : 9) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

Then don't make accusations that are completely unfounded. I suggest you use something more a kin to *You often......*
They've killed their own leaders.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 11) (recursion depth : 10) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

> They've killed their own leaders.
This is not exactly "the same thing". I do not recall Palestinian extremists killing their own leaders. in addition, I'm waiting for you to to disprove my "completely unfounded accusations" by showing examples to the contrary where you've responded by something different from "extremists on BOTH sides" to an act of terrorism committed by Palestinians.
Further, I would like to see some examples of Israeli extremists that have done "the same thing" (namely, planting bombs at schools, buses, hotels and shopping malls, sending suicide bombers to crowded places, loading explosives into the fake belly of a supposedly pregnant woman, kidnapping and subsequent murder of people, etc.)(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 12) (recursion depth : 11) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

I said nothing about *the same thing*. You did. I said there are elements on both sides that want to disrupt the process. If you want to change the rules, then you are talking to yourself.
You cannot prove your statement, therefore it is unfounded. Founded means there is foundation. You have none, therefore, unfounded.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 13) (recursion depth : 12) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

> I said nothing about *the same thing*
Apparently, it was another ‘wtagg’ (maybe, your other personality?) that said this a couple of posts above:
> There are obvious elements of Hamas and others that have time and time again throw a wrench into the works. There are also examples of Israeli extremists that have done THE SAME THING. Are you disputing that?
> You cannot prove your statement, therefore it is unfounded.
Oh yes, I can. I’ve said that every time a Palestinian terrorist act is committed you’re saying something about “extremists on BOTH sides” while in cases Israel can somehow be blamed you blame Israel (but NOT “both sides”). You’ve asked for examples and I’ve provided one (see above). It is not possible IN PRINCIPLE to PROVE that you’re doing it EVERY SINGLE TIME but you can easily prove me wrong by providing examples to the contrary, namely showing a statement of yours where you’ve blamed “both sides” after Israeli extremists committed a terrorist act against Palestinians.
Good Luck!(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 14) (recursion depth : 13) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

Same thing meaning throwing a wrench in the works. You have taken the context and twisted it to your own desire.
You made the accusation. You need to prove. It is the basis of law in this country.
We have constantly gone on and on about what each of us believes. If you want to believe that the Israelis are faultless, that is your right. If I want to believe that the Israelis have some responsibility, that is my right.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 15) (recursion depth : 14) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply

So "I said NOTHING about *the same thing" was now morphed into "Same thing meaning throwing a wrench in the works. You have taken the context and twisted it to your own desire"? Somehow it looks like it's YOU who is twisting your own words here, wtagg. First, you HAVE said something about "the same thing", then you've said NOTHING about "the same thing" and then somehow I've "twisted" the context of the words you can not even decide if you've said...
> You made the accusation. You need to prove. It is the basis of law in this country.
Oh yes. It WAS proven by supplying a proper example.
> If you want to believe that the Israelis are faultless, that is your right.
I've NEVER said that Israelis were faultless. Now it's YOUR turn to prove this accusation by providing a proper example of one or more statements supporting it.
> I want to believe that the Israelis have some responsibility, that is my right.
Of course it is. It's also your responsibility to support your accusations by something more substantial than your beliefs. After all, it is the basis of law in this country, is not it?
If I want to believe that the Israelis have some responsibility, that is my right.(comment_max_expanded_depth : 55) (comment depth : 16) (recursion depth : 15) (max_comment_reply_depth : 40) (comment_max_render_depth : 55)Reply
