PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - State police have arrested an alleged Jamaican drug trafficker for possession of over 50 pounds of marijuana. > <br >Police also said Tuesday they charged Orville Watson with possession of a stolen semi-automatic firearm and conspiracy.
