The Environmental Protection Agency yesterday declared its first-ever "public health emergency," saying the federal government will funnel $6 million to provide medical care for people sickened by asbestos from a mine in northwest Montana.

    is the purpose of EPA to pay for medical insurance?

    why not have DoD run homeless shelters and FEMA pay for farmers to not grow corn?

    something is wrong with this and I can't put my finger on it.

      I like to see the government go after W.R. Grace and its executives to recoup the money and punish them. Seems the fat cats always get away with raking in the millions at the expense of their workers.
