A video posted on YouTube shows 70-year-old Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner wading into the midst of about 20 young people.

The Mayor is right, if it walks like a duck............... if those kids spent more time exercising, and less time eating junk, they'd have less built up frustration and aggression!!
