Any method you use to make coffee with like french press, moka, expresso machine should be poured through paper coffee filter again to remove very fine coffee grounds.. Do you want to swallow fine coffee grounds? I dont think so... It also improves the taste as it tastes smoother. I pity millions of you unwittingly swallowing it all the times.. You will be surprised at how much fine coffee ground is removed with paper filters!! You will exclaim "ugh!" I guarantee you!

For mokas,,, do you know that you should disassemble the metal screen and rubber O-ring and clean it every time? You would think that it is unremovable, but it is not true... You will be surprised at how dirty it is inside the cavity of the mokas! Also the screen cup that usually has a removable metal screen. Sometimes, it is difficult to remove, but you can use a thin rod with soft end to pop it out from under the funnel end.. Use a toothbrush and paste to brush the coffee stain off. This will remove the bad coffee aftertaste and improve the quality of coffee taste greatly... It is a mistake for not cleaning mokas throughly...
